RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

ELU BABY Signature do care about you. We want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied you can return the item purchased from elubabysignature.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

  1. Email contact@elubabysignature.com.au with your order number, return/exchange request and return address. We will respond within 1 business day with details as to how your return or exchange will be processed.
  2. Your purchased product must return to us in a new condition – unwashed or used, tags on and in its original packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed or removed from their original packaging.
  3. You also must include a copy of your invoice with the return.

Once your package reaches us, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Returns shipping costs for change of mind or size to be incurred by the customer.

If you refuse a shipment from ELU BABY Signature or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ELU BABY Signature. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, including dummies. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
